Cheryl joined the Arthritis Society in February 2013, having consulted to private sector companies and non-profit organizations for fifteen years in the areas of talent management, organizational development and effectiveness.  Earlier in her career she oversaw human resources and organizational strategy for the Royal Ontario Museum. 

Cheryl brings an extensive career in human resources, organizational development, and operations. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a degree in psychology from the University of Toronto.

Cheryl is passionate about developing strong and values-based leadership at all levels and fostering an environment where people thrive and can bring the best of their skills and talents to make a difference.  She has a pragmatic but forward-looking vision that engages people in achieving success.
