Eighteen years ago, I was diagnosed with lupus erythematosus. My symptoms recently disappeared, but I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I want to train to complete a marathon this year. I tried to relieve my pain with Tylenol, Advil, etc, but it didn’t work. Are there other analgesics for fibromyalgia? Read response.
