For people with arthritis, learning to make it part of your life can be difficult. The Arthritis Society encourages all people living with arthritis to be informed and involved in their treatment process and to be an active participant when it comes to leading as healthful a life as possible.
You can regain control over your life by learning as much as you can about your particular type of arthritis, actively working with your arthritis treatment team, and taking advantage of Arthritis-Friendly Products.
The Arthritis Society is able to offer a variety of programs and services to help people with arthritis become better informed, such as the Arthritis Self-Management Program, the Chronic Pain Management Workshop, and the Lifestyle Makeover Challenge.
Read our printed publications, watch our arthritis videos or visit the Ask an Expert blog, to find out more about arthritis.
The Arthritis Society provides leadership and funding for research, advocacy and solutions to improve the quality of life for Canadians affected by arthritis.
