Arthritis can be a debilitating disease.  Add the stresses of everyday life and it may be overwhelming.  In this 2 hour interactive workshop, you will learn about the impact that stress has on the body, strategies for dealing with stress and some techniques to help you manage it and your arthritis.

The Arthritis Society invites you to learn about this degenerative form of arthritis, how it affects your joints, how to adapt exercise to protect your joints, and why nutrition and weight management play an important role.  Early intervention is the key to managing osteoarthritis.
