Tired of having recurrent neck or back pain? A Registered Physiotherapist will discuss and demonstrate exercises that are safe and effective for persons with arthritis. This is a seminar format, not an exercise class.

Did you know that losing just 10 lbs results in 40 to 50 lbs less pressure through your hip and knee joints?  Presentation and discussion will include relationship of diet and weight management to osteoarthritis and provide information on antioxidants, vitamins, fats and omega fatty acids. VICTORIA
Arthritis? Just Diagnosed?
An information forum for those newly diagnosed with arthritis or arthritis conditions like fibromyalgia, lupos, gout, sjogren's syndrome, sclerodoerma. Facilitated by trained volunteers with arthritis who provide information about educational and community resources and support, and help mitigate diagnosis shock by sharing informed questions and answers.
