Why you should take the Lifestyle Makeover Challenge

Regular exercise and nutrition are vital to managing arthritis symptoms and getting the most out of your day. Did you know you’re “feeding” your joints when you’re active? Cartilage, the tough, spongy material that covers and protects the ends of bones, depends on joint movement to absorb nutrients and remove waste. Physical activity reduces joint pain and fatigue, while improving mobility and overall fitness. Maintaining a healthy body weight through a balanced diet is another important part of arthritis management. By losing just 10 pounds of excess weight, you can decrease stress on your knees by 40 pounds.

The Lifestyle Makeover Challenge shows you how to set the right level of physical activity and adopt healthier eating habits to help you lose weight, keep your joints mobile and relieve your chronic pain. This Challenge can help you create lasting healthy habits for a healthier you!

Once you take the Challenge, you feel energized and renewed. We hope that, when the four weeks are over, it’s something you want to continue.

Take the Challenge!
