A series of educational materials were developed as part of the Getting a
Grip on Arthritis project. Now that the workshops are complete the materials are
available online for the first time.

patients and the provincial financial resources are also available as audiobooks
you can listen to.

The Arthritis Society for more information, to an exercise program or to a
weight management program. There is room at the bottom for your notes and
