The documents provided above are being made available in a format known as "pdf" -  this means portable document format. This format allows users to view documents without having the exact (and usually expensive) software application that originally created the document.

To read "pdf" files, you need to download and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader available from AdobeSystems Incorporated. Follow the easy instructions included with Acrobat Reader software to install Acrobat Reader on your computer. Then, click on any of the documents in the above table to view them.

Viewing and printing a document

When you click to view a pdf file, it will usually open and appear right within your browser window. From there you can read the document on the screen, or choose to print the document by clicking on the small printer icon in the top menu bar.

Downloading a copy of the document onto your computer

If you wish to copy the pdf file onto you computer, simply point your mouse over the filename and click the right mouse button. A menu will appear and provide you with the option to "Save As. You'll then be prompted to direct your computer where to store the document. Click on the appropriate folder, then click "Save".
