Moncton Codiac Branch

The Greater Moncton area is served by the Branche Moncton Codiac Branch of The Arthritis Society. The Branch meets monthly, at 7pm on the 3rd Thursday, at the local office – 960 St. George Blvd. All are welcome.

The Arthritis Society - Codiac (Greater Moncton) Branch - monthly meetings held at the office, except in July/August.

FibroArth - the Greater Moncton Area Fibromyalgia/Arthritis Support Group - monthly meetings, last Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the YMCA.

Joints in Motion Training Team - Participants run/walk marathons to raise funds for The Arthritis Society. Marathons are held in various locations around the world. Joints in Motion participants travel as part of the Canadian team and complete the marathon in honour of someone who lives with arthritis. You do not need to have arthritis to participate. Training assistance is provided.

Arthritis Self Management Program (ASMP) and its french counterpart, le programme d'initiative personnelle de l'arthritique (PIPA) consists of 6 weekly, two hour sessions for persons with arthritis who wish to learn more about their condition and how to best manage it. Topics include pain management, exercise, nutrition, joint protection, working with the health care team, and more.

Arthritis Information Presentations - can be arranged for your community group or workplace.

The New Brunswick Arthritis Registry - Fill out the online registration form at www.arthritis.ca/newbrunswick, or call 1.800.321.1433 to receive information tailored to your specific needs sent directly to you. Registered members will also receive a free newsletter two times a year from the New Brunswick Division.
