From her early days in human resources to her current role as CEO of Meridian Credit Union and its two subsidiaries, motusbank and Meridian OneCap, Jay-Ann Gilfoy has always been inspired to make a difference, one person at a time. With an eclectic professional background leading change and transformation at organizations such as Meridian, Vancity Community Investment Bank, Vancity Credit Union, Coast Capital Savings, B.C. Lottery Corporation and B.C. Biomedical Laboratories, Jay-Ann is comfortable driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Community involvement has always been important to Jay-Ann. She has received her ICD.D and is in the process of the Competent Board Certification in Environment, Social and Corporate (ESG). Jay-Ann currently serves on the Board of ParticipACTION and Innovate Cities, contributing her professional experience, change management and personal passion for health, fitness, community and delivering impact.
