English logoChronic Pain Management Workshop

Many of us live with chronic pain.  It can all-consuming and lead to the loss of mobility, sleep disturbance, and depression.  The Arthritis Society can help.  Our Chronic Pain Management Workshop (CPMW) is a two-hour course that shows you techniques to deal with the pain.  Our workshop presenters, many of whom stuggle with the chronic pain of arthritis, discuss the sources of pain, various tools for handeling pain and the role of exericise in the pain management.  Techniques to address anxiety and depression are also covered.  If you would like more information, please contact us here.

While this may seem like it has been one of the longest winters on record, many people have been left asking thereselves "Why didn't I go down south this winter?"  While winter is coming to a close (hopefully) there is no time like the present to plan for your venture down south next winter.  The Arthritis Society wants to help you! Overcome Fatigue: A 7 Step Program
